✽ The process
Three steps to access our programs
A simple process designed to help you get the care you need without complications
1
Contact us
Reach out via form, phone, or WhatsApp and briefly tell us about your situation. No documents are required for this first step.
2
We assess your case
We review whether you meet the access criteria. For some programs, referrals are coordinated with municipal social services.
3
Access the program
We assign you to the clinic closest to your home in Tenerife — Garachico or San Isidro — and begin your care.
✽ Eligibility
Who can benefit from our programs?
Our oral health programs in Tenerife are aimed at individuals and groups who face barriers to accessing conventional dental care:
School-age children
From the municipalities of Garachico, Buenavista del Norte, Los Silos, Icod de los Vinos, and El Tanque, through schools and the foundation’s educational programs.
Young people in vulnerable situations
Referred by social services from municipalities with active agreements with FUNDOCAN.
Visually impaired individuals
Who can benefit from the P.L.D. Method, our in-house plaque detection technique supported by the Canary Islands University Hospital.
